GearSide started in 2009 as a two-bay garage in Austin, founded by a mechanic who was tired of customers leaving confused about what had been done to their car.
Today we continue to grow across central Texas, but the idea hasn't changed: explain before we fix, quote before we work, and treat every car like it belongs to family.

We read every message and follow up personally. If something wasn't right, a branch manager will get in touch to make it right. We only ever publish a review when the customer has said we may, and only with their first name.
